Fresh ginger brightens this sunny tropical fruit smoothie.
Makes 1 12-ounce smoothie.
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup fresh mango chunks
- 1/2 cup sliced banana
- 1 small knob fresh ginger, peeled
- 3 ice cubes
Preparation:
Place pineapple, mango, banana and ginger in a blender. Puree until smooth.
Add the ice and pulse just until the ice is crushed.
Pour into a tall glass and enjoy!
