Fruity Ginger Beer Smoothie

This fruity drink gets a kick from juice-sweetened, non-alcoholic ginger beer. Refreshing and light, it does double-duty as a smoothie or mocktail.

Makes 1 large or 2 small smoothies.

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
  • 1 mango, peeled and cubed
  • 1 peach, rinsed, pitted, and cut into chunks
  • 10 strawberries, rinsed and hulled
  • 6 ounces juice-sweetened ginger beer (such as Reeds Extra Ginger Brew)
  • 2 to 3 ice cubes
Preparation:
Place all ingredients into a blender and puree until smooth. Pour into glasses and enjoy!
