This fruity drink gets a kick from juice-sweetened, non-alcoholic ginger beer. Refreshing and light, it does double-duty as a smoothie or mocktail.
Makes 1 large or 2 small smoothies.
- 1 mango, peeled and cubed
- 1 peach, rinsed, pitted, and cut into chunks
- 10 strawberries, rinsed and hulled
- 6 ounces juice-sweetened ginger beer (such as Reeds Extra Ginger Brew)
- 2 to 3 ice cubes
