Hot corn on the cob is spread with fresh herb butter in this delicious summertime treat.

Serves 4 to 6.

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 8 ears of corn, husked, silk removed, and rinsed
  • 1 recipe herb butter (see link below)

Preparation:

Prepare the herb butter. Chill the butter until ready to serve.

Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil. Add the corn, return to a boil, and cook for 3 to 5 minutes, depending upon the freshness of the corn and preferred doneness (fresher corn will cook more quickly).

Carefully remove the corn from the pot with tongs and place on a serving platter.

Serve the hot corn alongside a ramekin of the herb butter, and allow guests to add the butter to taste. Enjoy!
