Honey Cinnamon Peanut Butter

This Honey Cinnamon Peanut Butter is an easy-to-make variation of a lunchbox staple. Send it to school with carrot and celery sticks or apple slices for dipping. Or, use it for peanut butter and banana sandwiches on multigrain bread.

Makes 1 serving.

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons creamy or crunchy peanut butter, preferably natural-style
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, to taste

Preparation:

In a small bowl, mix the peanut butter, honey, and cinnamon together with a fork until well blended.

Serve as a dip for apple slices, carrot sticks or celery, or use as a spread for bread or muffins.
