Minted Grape Lime Cooler

This refreshing, non-alcoholic sparkling grape cooler is enhanced with fresh mint and a squeeze of lime.

Serves 1.

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 6 to 8 small mint leaves
  • 1 lime wedge (1/4 lime)
  • 4 ounces purple grape juice
  • 4 ounces sparkling mineral water or seltzer

Preparation:

In a glass, muddle the mint leaves with a squeeze of juice from the lime wedge. Fill the glass with ice, and pour the grape juice over the ice, mint, and lime.

Top off the drink with the sparkling water, and stir gently to blend. Add another squeeze lime, if desired, and garnish with the lime wedge. Enjoy!
