This creative concoction, courtesy of Linda Scherr, marries two great cocktails: the Cosmopolitan and the Mojito.
Serves 2.
- 3 lime wedges
- About 8 mint leaves
- 3 ounces pineapple or white rum
- 3 ounces sour mix
- 3 ounces cranberry juice
- 1 ounce triple sec
Muddle the lime wedges and mint in a cocktail shaker.
Fill the shaker with ice, then add the rum, sour mix, cranberry juice and triple sec. Shake well.
Pour the Cosmojitos into martini glasses. Enjoy!
